QUARANTINE POSTCARDS

If I have to be completely honest, quarantine isn’t going as bad as I thought it would be. In-between working, home workouts and cooking, I find enough time to learn new skills or master old ones.

I gave some of the spare time to cleaning and backing up my photography archive and this is where things got interesting… Immediately I got transferred to now distant places and moments, memories of better times.

Making something out of the images wasn’t that spontaneous… or maybe it was, depends on how you look at it. My girlfriend was attending this email marketing course and she asked if I can help her in some way with her assignment. That’s when I came up with the idea. It was perfect for the time being!

I picked six images that portray some of my favourite moments, digitally painted a frame and wrote some cheesy messages. Voila - Quarantine Postcards!

At first I wasn’t going to keep the post or share the postcards, but people liked them a lot, some even shared them on social media. I know I am going to print them and hang them at home.
